Bulb Grow Light is a wide spectrum plant growing light designed specifically for orchids and other tropical plants that tend to perform poorly in standard home or office environments.
With the Bulb Grow Light, plants thrive and bloom like never before! Bulb Grow Light promotes healthy plant growth and abundant flowering due to its unique spectral distribution. This lamp provides an excellent balance of blue, red, and far-red wavelengths in the visible light spectrum (440, 660, and 740 nanometers), providing more than 90% of plants' requirements in these areas.
Bulb Grow Light's wide spectrum is achieved through a special combination of mercury-arc tube, phosphor-coated glass and incandescent filament. Its spectrum is close to natural daylight in color and it is complementary to household incandescent lighting.
The Bulb Grow Light is a self-ballasted bulb that can be used in standard incandescent sockets. The 160 watt Bulb Grow Light produces 3,200 lumens of light and should be placed between 1 and 3 feet above plants, depending on the variety. Bulb Grow Light has a rated life span of 10,000 hours and a 1 year unconditional warranty against failure.
Also available separately is the high quality Swivelier fixture that features a patented spring-tension swivel that rotates a full 360 degrees and angles up to 90 degrees. It stays in place without any levers or set screws and makes positioning your Bulb Grow Light much easier. Fully UL listed. |
